¡¡¡¡In the Tibetan traditional society which is the combination of politics and religion, the basic understanding of Buddhism is essentially effecting the things in Tibet, its values and goals permeate almost everything including politics,economic, culture and every field in society, so that religion have become the main part of traditional culture and have occupied a high position in most peoples' daily life.
¡¡¡¡Tibetan traditional belief basically has two parts .First one is folk belief ,which is the belief of people living countryside.It has profound connotation and influenced the daily production,life,culture,recreation and many customs intimately .The second belief is the region system in monastery and temples, compared with the folk belief ,it has unique theory,is systematize and standardization, especially it controls the whole consciousness of society, Buddhism is the main part that has many sects for example Nyingma,Okagyu,Sakya,Gelukpa and Bon,in these system ,Bon is little different with other sects, because Bon has Long changing process from natural religion to Buddhism. |
